New Business
RSC club board members meetings with S & T Land Corp board members with an effort to improve relations and develop comprehensive plans for club growth have not been held for several months. There are no plans to continue these meetings.
The RSC Board will meet with the new Landfill manager Lacey Ballard during the Landfill lunch October 4. For now, our cooperation continues as it has been over the last several years.
A decision for was made that when club members bring groups to shoot for an event with over 4 guests a safety officer or Board of directors member shall be present for each venue being used. A formal procedure change will be forthcoming.
It was decided that any donations of furniture, TV,s, appliances and such to the club must be approved by RSC board.

No other member new business.

Meeting adjourned at 6:25PM
Next Board meeting is Monday, November 7, 2016 @ 5:30 ( September meeting canceled)
